Lily Appleby Newby
Lily is the most travelled of us all when it comes to Africa. She's not an enthusiast but an addict! She has been to Kenya 9 times and Tanzania 10, the most recent of these being in September 2009 when she visited the National parks and lodges of Southern Tanzania.

As well as East Africa, she is no slouch in the south. South Africa has been seen no less than 15 times, during which time she has visited just about all the places and properties we go, from the Cape to Kruger, Garden Route to the Battlefields. Add to this 5 visits to Zambia, 3 to Namibia as well as Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Lesotho and Mauritius and you can see the depth of knowledge she has.
